When formulating this Gin we wanted to stray away from the typical Gin and focus on the botanicals that grow locally in Northern Michigan. We hand pick juniper berries from Bear Creak Organics in Petoskey and get lavender from Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City.

We wanted to try our skills with a dark spirit and this is what we created. Our Fossilized Gin is aged for 6 months in 30 gallon Michigan White Oak Barrels. The White Oak creates a perfect balance with our locally sourced lavender, which is infused into our gin. Enjoy neat or on the rocks....because yes, its that smooth!
