My husband and I celebrated our wedding ceremony at Gypsy this past June, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was wonderful to work with, and the Event Coordinator, Kaeli, was truly exceptional. She was patient, organized, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which helped take the stress out of planning and allowed us to fully enjoy our big day. The venue itself is stunning, which made everything even more special. We highly recommend Gypsy and their amazing team for weddings or any special event!

We love this place but tonight Dougy and Mike made the experience extra cute. We love you.

We had the absolute best experience at Gypsy Distillery thanks to Mike and Doug! They went above and beyond to take care of our group of 12 celebrating a bachelorette. From start to finish, their service was flawless. Both were attentive, organized, and among the best bartenders I have ever had. They made our night so fun especially for a last minute decision coming out there. If you’re planning a special event or just want a fun night out , I cannot recommend the Gypsy Distillery team enough. They truly made our night unforgettable! Mike I owe you one.

Visited with our dogs, so we had to sit outside, but had a wonderful leisurely lunch in a beautiful setting. We both checked out the indoors - both cozy and stunning. Food was yummy and drinks quite spectacular!

Very nice place to visit. Staff is very helpful. Nice sitting room to enjoy a cocktail or 2 or 3+. Took some bottles home to enjoy and made our own whiskey sours. All of the bottles we enjoyed are VERY smooth tasting and pack a punch. Cheers!

Petoskey is my hometown, to bring in this distillery has done wonders. As I sit here right at this very moment, I am so impressed with the employees the bartenders and the environment. I even called my daughter and told her she should hold her wedding from Maryland to this venue outstanding. I am here for the Irish boat show, I tried the hibachi food truck wow so delicious and the gypsy drinks are out of this world! I couldn’t resist buying a tie-dye sweatshirt!!!

We held our rehearsal dinner here on June 27, 2025 and it was amazing. The communication I had ahead of time with Cerys was outstanding. Her response to my questions through email was immediate. The location was perfect and we loved the views from the balcony. We rented the room upstairs and it was perfect for our event. The bartender was great! The seating and layout were outstanding and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location for any special event. We had a great time. Thank you everyone for making our rehearsal dinner perfect.

Attended a event at this location and I was pleasantly surprised about the entire place. The building itself is beautiful with gorgeous scenery. The bartender Brian was incredible as well, he was busy but never stopped treating each customer as a VIP guest.

What an awesome place. It was so fun just hanging out here. Gin,vodka, rum and bourbon with 3 beers on tap. Great variety of drinks to try. I hate gin and they had a drink that was so good I could have had 10. The 2 kitchens offer a great variety. We ate at both it was that good. Service was excellent. Love this place

I hosted a private Tapas & Tinis event at Gypsy Distillery in May and had a great experience. The ambiance was perfect—stylish, welcoming, and just right for my group. My favorite part was the privacy we had upstairs since it had its own bathroom and deck, which made the night feel extra special and more intimate. The drinks were delicious per usual, and I really appreciated the Event Coordinator, Kaeli for allowing me to use my creativity since I had a specific vision. I’d definitely recommend Gypsy Distillery for anyone planning a special occasion. It truly has everything you need in one spot!

We enjoyed the liquor tasting flight and really loved getting it for free when we bought one of their liquors. The seltzers were done if the best we've had leaving us wishing that we could get them down in Florida. Good atmosphere and fun bartenders.

This is an amazing venue with the greatest staff. Kaeli was great to work with. We had my daughters 30th Birthday party on the second level. It is a wonderful place for any type of party. This is our second time having a special event at Gypsy. I can not say enough about place.

Must see in petoskey! Wonderful views and an incredible experience. The spirits they produce are top notch. Service is always wonderful. Perfect for a spot to grab drinks or grab some food at there wonderful vendors. DO NOT MISS WHEN IN TOWN.

We held a corporate event here and absolutely loved it. The process was smooth, and the customer service was great. We had many compliments throughout the night that it was the best venue we have hosted an event at. Highly recommend.

We hosted our wedding at Gypsy Distillery last October, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness, attention to detail, and their eagerness to help make our day perfect! The venues were beautiful, and their set up assistance helped make our events go by with ease. Their staff and service ( and the beverages :) ) were simply fantastic! We couldn’t recommend them more, thank you so much Gypsy!

We had an excellent visit to Gypsy Distillery - loved the bourbon & rum tastings, had a fun conversation with Doug while sampling the spirits, and we left with a couple bottles of rum plus a great shirt (all packed into an awesome canvas bag by Doug)! Looking forward to returning again in the future.

It's a converted horse stable. Great view of the bay, and the atmosphere was top-notch. Drinks were all good. Never tried any of their food. Free darts and shuffle board. There is plenty of room to relax comfortably and take it all in.

Really great facility. We partook in a training class in the upper bar, and the facility was perfect for our group. We had roughly 30 people, and the space could have handled 10-15 more. The staff was friendly and the food trucks were good food. I had the shrimp tacos, and they were really good. It's a bit of a hike to the front door from the parking lot, so if somebody struggles with hills/steps or long walks, drop them off by the door at the circle drive.

The drinks were delicious! Is a wonderful redesign of the grounds. Highly recommend for tastings.

Public space, unless privately rented. Awesome Food options, all locally distilled spirits, beer and wine. A beautiful building offering options for all. Free pool, darts, cornhole and shuffleboard, arcade, multiple gathering areas, TVs for all the things, gift shop, and more. Kids welcome until 9pm unless posted. Events most weekends. Must check out in Petoskey/harbor/charlevoix area!

Very nice pace with ample indoor and outdoor space. Reasonable prices for their products and great place to be in summer with your friends and family. Interior is good and cozy.

Yum fun! Great spot for a cocktail and food truck pairing! The sampling is a no brainer when it is free if you buy a bottle! Leaving with 2 bottles and can't wait to try and replicate some of the fun cocktails we tried! Thanks for a fun experience too! We will be back!

Beautiful building and environs. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and fun.

Great vibe with plenty of space to move around. Lots of free games (darts, pool, corn hole, shuffleboard), upscale food truck-type grub, and a selection of drinks to please just about anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't speak for a busier/evening time, but during the day it's kid-friendly. Overall, a great experience.

Gypsy Distillery is truly one of a kind. From the set up, to the craft cocktails, all of the in house distilled spirits, wines... You name it... It's amazing! A beautiful wedding venue with 100% of Michigan-weather protection--- suitable for cold, snowy days to rainy, thunderstorm days, to extreme heat days... It is a perfect venue for all of the above! There is just so many great things about this place, I could go on and on. Go check it out yourself!

I was just up north for a ski weekend and I love gypsy vodka so I wanted to check this place out. Wow is this place special and fun for all ages. The cocktails were amazing and the place was an old horse equestrian center. Its very cool and a must stop if you in the area. I also was able to take home some bottles and the whisky I have go say my new favorite

Had the best night out with some amazing people. The food was amazing, Captain Jack Shrimp. 10 out o 10!! The drinks are even better. New fav spot

We had our Holiday party in their upstairs bar that you can reserve for such parties. A+ across the board! Mike our bartender was great. He taught a mixology class and was very entertaining. Kaeli helped us organize it and was incredibly patient as our plans changed and she was incredibly accommodating! Kaila was great at making sure we were well taken care of. This team knows the importance of customer service! If you are looking for space to celebrate special events of any kind this is the place that can accommodate!

We had a work party here and man,was I amazed at the space!The food was superb & the service staff are conciderate & polite!And the girls behind the bar all looked cute in their matching flannels.Would recommend this place for sure!
