We wanted to try our skills with a dark spirit and this is what we created. Our Fossilized Gin is aged for 6 months in 30 gallon Michigan White Oak Barrels. The White Oak creates a perfect balance with our locally sourced lavender, which is infused into our gin. Enjoy neat or on the rocks….because yes, its that smooth!
